DANIEL M. NELSON

Daniel Nelson has been practicing law since 2002. He is responsible for the Firm's day-to-day management and its clients. His representation consists of acting as corporate counsel and advising on such matters as contract and lease creation, negotiation and enforceability, litigation strategy, prosecution and defense, employee rights and obligations, and any other legal needs.

Daniel is also the lead counsel concerning litigation preparation from filing through discovery to trial. When necessary, Daniel has written appellate briefs and participated in oral arguments.

Dan, his wife, and their son enjoy the time they can travel outside of the country to Europe, Asia, and South America. Dan also enjoys gourmet cooking, his vinyl collection, and long distance running.

ROGER C. NELSON JR.

Roger is the President-Emeritus of the Firm. Roger now focuses his practice on trial practice and has retired from the Firm's day-to-day operations. Roger's more than 45 years of experience in the legal field provided the backbone of Nelson Law Office, P.C. Roger, while mostly retired, still engages in the Firm's activities and still lends his legal expertise on a part-time basis.

Nowadays, Roger is more inclined to be found on Key West's water than in a courtroom. Roger is still an avid runner and lives in Key West with his wife of over 50 years.
